Uleni&lt;br /&gt;Tutup adonan dengan kain lembab kurang lebih 15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gilas adonan, kemudian cetak dengan mangkok yang diameternya sesuai selera.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isian :&lt;br /&gt;Haluskan Bawang putih, Merica dan garam, kemudian tumis sampai harum&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan Toge, aduk-aduk sampai toge setengah matang kemudian masukkan potongan kentang dan wortel. Aduk terus sampai toge matang. Angkat, dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil kulit yang sudah digilas, kemudian isi dengan bahan isian. Kemudian masukkan telur satu demi satu sambil terus di mixer.&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian masukkan campuran tepung ke dalam adonan yang sudah di mixer tadi sambil di aduk dengan memakai spatula. Terakhir masukkan chocolate chips dan cincangan almond.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil adonan (sy pakai takaran tea spoon) kemudian dibentuk seperti bola-bola kecil. Untuk atasannya bisa dihias dengan chocoate chips sambil agak ditekan, atau boleh juga di baret berbentuk X atau # dengan pisau kecil. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 375 F, siapkan 12 cups muffin pan (saya biasanya pake kertas cup biar gampang nyuci pan-nya)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;1 cup Old mill oats&lt;br /&gt;1 cup Butter milk atau soured milk*&lt;br /&gt;1 cup Tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp Baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp Baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp garam&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup Brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 Telur&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup Mentega, lelehkan&lt;br /&gt;1 cup Bluberries (saya biasanya pakai kismis dicampur dengan almond cincang)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;Campur Oats dan butter milk, diamkan selama 10 menit&lt;br /&gt;Campur tepung terigu, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar dan garam ke dalam wadah. Aduk sampai semuanya tercampur (bahan kering)&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan Telur dan mentega yang sudah dilelehkan ke dalam campuran oat dan butter milk, kemudian masukkan ke dalam campuran bahan kering. Aduk sampai semuanya tercampur rata, kemudian masukkan bluberrynya. Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;1 lb Daging Shark&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp Kunyit Bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp Fennel Seeds&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 bh Bawang merah, iris tipis&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;20 lbr Curry Leaves&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tbsp Perasan jeruk nipis (optional)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Curry Powder secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Garam secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Masak Shark dengan sedikit air, masukkan kunyit bubuk dan garam.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Setelah Shark matang, haluskan dagingnya (saya pakai ulekan), sisihkan&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Di penggorengan, panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan Mustard seeds dan Fennel seeds, tunggu sampai mustard seeds &lt;em&gt;jumpalitan&lt;/em&gt;
